The staff was delightful, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the room was modern. They made my stay nice. All in all everything was excellent, nonetheless I had dirty bathroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Fast check in & the service was perfect. 5 minutes walk to bus station.

Hotel is charming small and tidy, has fabulousservice and food. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The bonus was comfortable room decor and nice bar. The hotel was in a nice area, adjacent to a shopping centre as well as a shopping mall with ample car parking.

Room big size and very comfy beds, beautiful location. There were climate control, an individual safe and a sitting area in the room, liked that. Stuff absolutely nice there, the hotel was fairly clean. The food was savoury. The service was absolutely flawless. We had a just perfect stay at this cozy venue.

We loved the absolutely perfect room and very-very nice staff. Reasonably spacious suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. All facilities were decent too. The location was handy, at walking distance from Aluminij Gallery.

Only a short distance to Restoran Prestige, where you can have lunch. We came to Mostar for stores, restaurants, nothing bothered me for this hotel. Parking was onsite...

the personal was very friendly. the hotel was perfect in general and offered unbeatable prices. this property was next to such tourist places as public turkish bath.
